Feingeisterei, located on Gut Basthorst, is a German distillery that is mainly specialized in fruit schnapps, a German delicacy. Martina and Fabian Rohrwasser, who have produced spirits with Feingeisterei for over seven years now, have also started out in the gin world with their 5 Continents and Slow Gin by now and believe in the uniqueness and individuality of nature, which is why all of their ingredients are organic and you will not find any additives or unnatural aromas in their spirits.

Their respect for the environment and unadulterated, pure taste made the decision to use organic fruits whenever possible an easy one. When it comes to the selection of ingredients, the processing and refinement, nothing is left to chance. Martina and Fabian Rohrwasser take pride in their profession and understand that quality takes its time. Feingeisterei have been awarded several times now for their spirits and their next project will be a whiskey-stay tuned!
