Hernö Gin is the first dedicated gin distillery in Sweden. Our hand hammered copper stills Kierstin and Marit are crafting our award-winning organic gin from natural botanicals. It all began with a passion for gin and a dream evolving to gin crafting. A journey that took Founder and Master Distiller Jon Hillgren to places and gin distilleries all around the world in his thirst for knowledge and his search for ginspiration.

When he bought an 1800-century farm in Dala, situated in The High Coast of Sweden, and started to create truly organic, artisan gin inspired by the natural beauty of the region, magic began to happen. Today Hernö Gin is the most awarded gin in Europe.
