The AEther London Dry Gin from Leipzig stands for highly concentrated and carefully balanced essential oils from herbs, and natural ingredients, distilled in an 8 liter pot still. Over 100g of freshly grounded drugs are used in every liter, as well as cut fruit and a generous amount of lime blossom honey. Leipziger AEther is the result of over thirty distillations in the development of this product. With their work of art, AEther shows us their connection to innovative alchemy and traditional craftmanship. Pictured on the label are dragonflies flying over a meadow, which is growing from the plants used in the gin. The dragonfly is an iconic creature of the Auwald with its many bodies of water around Leipzig.

The development of recipes and the process of extracting aromatic plants, their distillation, as well as the production and bottling of the products are solely in our hands. Botanicals are sourced locally whenever possible, so you do not have to decide between regional products and your favorite spirit. LSM generates work by employing people from the region of Leipzig, we want to spend our time working with friends.
