Christmas & Cranberry Gimlet

Gin
0,5 cl
Lime Juice

Teaspoon of cranberry sauce

Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters

Rosemary sprig
Put all the ingredients except the rosemary sprig into your shaker. Add ice and shake very vigorously for 30 to 45 seconds. Then double-strain into a chilled martini glass. Smack the rosemary sprig between your palms to release aromas and drop it on top of the cocktail. What may look like pure garnish to some people is an essential part of the cocktail's full flavour.
