Put the chopped celery stalk with the simple syrup into your shaker and muddle for about 30 seconds (using your cocktail muddler). Then add the gin and lemon juice together with some ice and shake everything for another 30 seconds. Now double-strain into a chilled glass, a simple tumbler suits the cocktail perfectly. A celery leaf as garnish gives it the finishing touch, underlining once more the simplicity of the drink created with exceptional aromas.
