BAR CULTURE OUT OF PASSION – BECAUSE THE BOILER ROOM SEES ITS CRAFT AS A VOCATION.
The philosophy of the boiler room is to offer guests enjoyable drinks and cocktails of the highest quality in a pleasant atmosphere. Creative combinations of elixirs, essences, infusions or syrups become the expression of a special attitude to life in the boiler room.
To achieve this, great importance is attached to sustainably selected ingredients and regional suppliers. For herbs and fruit, organic products are used, and for fruit, selected premium goods are also used. The fruit juices are freshly pressed daily and only premium spirits are used for mixing alcoholic drinks.
The elongated vault radiates elegance and makes the counter stand out. The drinks are elaborate and extraordinary, the music is of the finest quality, but not so loud that one could not converse. Here the guests know that it is not about the number, but mainly about the quality of the cocktails.
